My cousin made a delicious Mango Mousse and I want to share the recipe:
Ingredients:
1 Can Mango Pulp
2 Packages of Jello (Orange and Peach flavour)
500 ml of Whipping Cream
2 Cups of water
1. Boil 2 cups of water and add in the jello powder. Mix till it dissolves and let it cool down.
2. Combine the mango pulp, whipping cream and add in the cooled jello water (from step 1).
3. Mix them up in a blender
4. Pour it into the dish and leave it in the fridge to set.
(Prepare it at night so that it will be ready in the morning).
5. Decorate with strawberries and kiwis.
