Your finish position is a good indicator of the golf shot you have just taken.
When you finish a golf swing, your head, belt buckle and chest should be facing the target. Almost all your weight should be on the front part of your front foot.
You should be properly balanced and not falling of your feet or poorly balanced. You should be up on your toes on your right foot (for a right handed golfer, this is the back foot) so that if someone were standing behind you, they could see every spike on your right shoe.
